Accessible Environments offers two different styles of Hinged Arm Supports, with and without floor stands. When a Grab Bar is not enough, or if the placement of the toilet is away from the wall, arm supports are recommended for use on either side of the toilet or shower seat to facilitate sitting and standing. With a high static load capacity, our fixed and hinged arm supports offer durable and safe support for users in any home or commercial bathroom setting. Hinged arm supports feature a clean design and automatic locking when in upright position – safe for use as Grab Bar even when raised! Hinged Arm Supports with Floor Stands are recommended when the wall mounting of the hinged arm support is not possible or desirable or for when there is not enough support behind the wall to safely support the load that these supports will handle.
