Swing Clear Hinges, also known as Offset Door Hinges or Swing Away Hinges give you the extra clearance needed for wheelchairs and walkers. The hinge is designed to swing your door completely clear of the opening. Swing clear hinges can be used wherever doors are required to swing completely clear of the door opening. Door must open to at least 95 degrees to swing completely clear. Hinges are reversible for left or right swinging doors. To reverse the hinge; tap out the hinge pin, tap out the bottom plug, flip the hinge over and reassemble the bottom plug and hinge pin.

Our swing clear hinges are designed to replace your existing hinges and come in three sizes (3 1/2″, 4″, and 4 1/2″) and many finishes including Paint Grade, Brushed Chrome, Brushed Brass, Bright Brass and Satin Black.
